Effective Brand Management
The first key phase of an efficient brand management process is to carefully scope the project. We will provide the specialist resource and experience required to work with you to create a detailed picture of the full list of products required. We will then create a master summary of all items required, with full product specifications and agreed order quantities relative to your historical & forecast usage.
As part of our audit process we also offer technical advice to provide you the opportunity, where deemed appropriate, to produce products SMARTER in respect of both functionality and cost. This process will form a key consideration for us when planning all ‘waves’ of production and issue for each stage of the project.
Ongoing management of your products including the storage and distribution of your printed matter from our print management facility would also enable us to provide you with detailed management reports showing the usage and cost of print by location and cost centre on an ongoing basis.
Prioritisation of output – relative to business need
We would analyse your usage by product to agree optimum production quantities ( striking a balance between the economy of scale and the risk of future change ) and also look to ‘ group ‘ like items for production to optimise production consistency and beyond; thus ensuring the best possible use of your budget is made relative to production output.
